Return and Refund Policy
At Bdaark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You can request to cancel your order immediately after placing it, provided that it has not yet been shipped. Our typical processing time before shipment is 2 days from the time your order is placed. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, but you can still return the item according to our Return and Refund Policy.
- You can return any product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized items created specifically for you are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@chaz.co.in with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping: Please pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned in a condition different from the one they were sent).
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Custom or personalized items, unless damaged or defective, are not eligible for refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@chaz.co.in.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@chaz.co.in with your order details.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@chaz.co.in. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
