At Bdaark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@chaz.co.in with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Shipping: Please pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@chaz.co.in with your order details.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@chaz.co.in. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
